Can you ship my order outside of the United States?

Sorry, we currently only ship to locations within the continental United States.

What are the payment methods accepted?

We use Square for payment and the following cards are supported: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and JCB.

What if I received the wrong item?

Oh no! We’re really sorry for delivering the wrong item to you! Simply write to us at contact@shoeshopzone.com with your order number and our customer service will be able to look into it and arrange an exchange for you promptly. It’d be ever helpful if you can attach a photo of the packaging (reflecting the order number) to aid in our investigation process, in case the parcel got swapped accidentally during the delivery process.

What happens if goods are not received for a long time?

Please make sure that you have filled in your receiving information correctly first, if the receiving information is incorrect please take responsibility for it yourself, if the receiving information is correct and you have not received the product more than 60 days after delivery, you can choose to have a refund or a replacement sent to you directly.

Do your prices match?

It is our promise to our customers that we have their best interests at heart. We work hard to keep our prices as low as possible, and most often you won’t find anything for less. However, if you do find a lower price please contact our customer service to see if we can match it. While comparing prices, please include the shipping costs and any taxes. You will often find a lower advertised price which is then marked up with an extreme shipping cost.
