Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

Return Requirements

In general, your purchased shoes can only be returned if the following conditions are met:

  • The shoes have not been used (applies to both exchanges and returns).
  • Less than 30 days have passed since you received or acquired the shoes.

We support no-questions-asked returns within 30 days. If all these conditions are met, Shoe Shop Zone will refund the cost of your purchase and the original shipping costs. You may choose to use another delivery service to return your items. We cannot be held liable for the safe delivery of the returned item/s if you choose not to use our return service. Whatever your reason for returning the item, we won't charge you the restocking fee.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is supported within thirty minutes of placing the order and not after thirty minutes (processed orders cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile), a refund will be arranged within 1-2 working days after a successful cancellation.

Refunds

For refunds due to subjective customer factors, the customer will be required to return the goods after receiving them. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. We will arrange refunds within 1-2 working days after receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct, if it is overdue you can contact our Customer Service Center and we will help you to enquire about the processing (the exact time of refund depends on your payment method, so please be patient and do not rush). Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Return Tips

A tracking number is required to complete the return. It will help us to track your return status and process. Please note the provided tracking number must be traceable.

Goods returned due to your subjective factors must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept returns of items that affect secondary sales.
Refunds will be reimbursed to your original account. The exact time taken for your refund to arrive depends mainly on your payment method and will normally be within 1-2 business days.

Attach the following information in the Email when you contact us and request a return:

  • Evidence pictures and videos showing faulty items.
  • The whole picture of packages.
  • A detailed description of your request.
