Shipping Policy

Please note that we cannot accept orders for shipment outside the United States. Customers are expected to pay customs fees and taxes incurred on orders and we do not accept refunds for failed deliveries due to tax issues.

Shipping Details

  • Order Processing Time: Within 1-2 business days.
  • USPS First Class Package: Free shipping for orders over $79 (included). Postage is $9.99 for less than $79. Shipping time will be 2-5 business days.

Please note that our order processing deadline on business days is 6 PM EST. We do not process orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after 6 PM EST on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday morning (postponed for holidays).

Attention

  • If your order has not arrived more than 45 business days after it was shipped, or if the order tracking information has not been updated for more than a month, please contact us at contact@shoeshopzone.com and we will arrange a reshipment or refund for you.
  • It is very important to check that your information is correct before placing an order, especially your shipping address. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, it may cause the package to be delivered to the wrong address, and we are not responsible for the loss of the package caused by this situation. If your address is normal and the parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@shoeshopzone.com and we will assist you in negotiating with the logistics company.
  • If your order has not been processed for more than 14 business days, please contact us at contact@shoeshopzone.com and we will arrange a reshipment or refund for you.
